Oracal 341 is the most economical vinyl made by Oracal. It’s a great choice for banners, yard signs, and other short-term applications. This is a permanent adhesive that lasts 3 years and comes in 21 different colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oracal 631 vinyl is a popular vinyl type that you will come across a lot. What makes it so popular is that it’s great for cutting and was designed specifically for drywall. This vinyl adhesive is removable and water-based, so it can be peeled right off and not leave anything behind. Keep in mind, it’s only removable for up to 2 years when used indoors. After this time, the adhesive becomes permanent and will require an adhesive remover to clean up the remaining residue. Oracal 631 vinyl is best for temporary indoor applications, where you want to remove the vinyl later on. The materials that you don’t want to use Oracal 631 is on anything that will get wet. This vinyl has a matte finish to suppress reflection and comes in 89 vivid colors and in transparent. Oracal 641 is similar to Oracal 651 and can come in either matte or glossy finishes. It has a water-based permanent adhesive, so unlike Oracal 631, is it not temporary. It can be used outdoors, and last anywhere between 3-5 years. When using indoors, Oracal 641 can last indefinitely. One difference between Oracal 641 and 631 is that Oracal 641 can get wet, so feel free to use it on items such as mugs, cups, and outdoor car windows. One great thing about this vinyl is that it is great for weeding. It’s a good choice for banners, window graphics, and general signage. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oracal 651 is the most popular type of vinyl and is great for beginners. This is a permanent adhesive vinyl that lasts 5-8 years outdoors. The life of the vinyl depends on the colors, finish and use. It can also be used on things like mugs, cups, car decals, and signs. It is not recommended to be used in the dishwasher though, so you’ll want to handwash these items instead. Oracal 651 is very popular for being used as car decals. You can also use it on mailboxes and boats – basically anything to weather the outdoors. It comes in many different gloss colors and also available in matte in black, white, and transparent colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oracal 751 is a permanent adhesive and is considered a cast vinyl instead of a calendared vinyl. Cast vinyl is manufactured through a pouring process instead of a stretching process. This results in a vinyl that is much more thinner and flexible, making it better for curved surfaces, such as mugs or vehicles. It’s a little more expensive than calendared film, but the price is made up in quality when it’s needed. Oracal 751 is ideal for decorations that require higher durability and conformity. It’s especially great on vehicle and fleet graphics. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oramask 810 is designed for use in conformable stencil applications, especially for paint and spray techniques on complex curves, uneven or semi-flexible substrates and surfaces requiring transparency of the mask for substrate visibility. Not suitable for wet applications. This film is not reusable.

Oralite 5061 is a transparent film used as a protective layer on white or printed reflective films that are intended for long-term outdoor use. It’s very durable, lasting up to 12 years. It works well on outdoor signs for traffic control and warnings. It comes in clear, and 7 other colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralite 5071 is designed to layer on top of reflective films for long-term applications, such as lettering or markings on traffic and informational signs. This film is very durable, lasting 12 years and comes in transparent and 7 other colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralite 5081 is a lettering film designed to layer on top of other reflective films that are designed for long-term applications, such as traffic and warning signs. Oralite 5300 is an economic film for short to medium term use in outdoor, economical, reflective traffic, guidance, warning and information signs as well as reflective lettering, numbers and symbols that are not required to comply with national specifications for retroreflectivity. This vinyl lasts up to 7 years and is available in 6 colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralite 5500 is perfect for long-term, outdoor, reflective traffic control, and lettering applications. It is corrosion and solvent resistant and lasts 7 years. Available in 8 colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralite 5600 is a reflective vinyl that was specifically designed for emergency vehicles, police cars, and construction equipment. It is a tough weather and corrosion resistant vinyl that is highly flexible, being able to be applied to moderately curved surfaces. It lasts 7 years and available in 11 colors. Although Oralite is considered permanent, it is removable with heat when needed. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralite 5600RA is very similar to Oralite 5600. The difference between Oralite 5600 and Oralite 5600RA is that Oralite 5600RA is easier to apply and reduces bubbles during application. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralite 5700 was developed for the manufacture of long-term, outdoor, traffic control, guidance, warning and information signs as well as reflective lettering, numbers and symbols. It has excellent reflectivity in poor visibility and bad weather conditions. Manufactured with a special impact and scratch resistant surface. It’s durable, providing good resistance to chemicals and corrosion and lasts 7 years and is available in 8 colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralite 5800 is a 10-mil, 10-year, highly reflective, waterproof film designed for the production of long-term traffic control, guidance, warning, and informational signs. The special cellular structure of the film allows for the identification of the film manufacturer. Meets ASTM D 4956 specifications for Type III, Class 1 retroreflective sheeting. Available in 7 colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralite 5860 is a 10-mil*, 5-year, highly reflective film. Meets ASTM D 4956 specifications for Type III, Class 1 retroreflective sheeting. Oracal 6510 vinyl is ideal where high visibility is needed, even during normal and low light conditions. It comes in 6 fluorescent colors and can be applied similarly to Oracal 651. Some applications might include bus advertising, POP displays, and retail applications. Durability is 6-12 months depending on color. One difference between Oracal 6510 and Oracal 651 is that 6510 has a different color on the backside of the vinyl. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oracal 8300 is a special film designed for indoor and outdoor decorative usage on glass and illuminated signs. Along with being transparent, it is UV-stabilized and lasts up to 5 years. This film is perfect for applications where there is a backlit surface such as illuminated signs and even tinted glass. Available in 30 vivid transparent colors. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oracal 8510 is designed specifically for outdoor decorative design use on glass, such as shop windows and doors. Colors are limited to silver and gold and come in two variants – fine and coarse. This is a permanent adhesive that gives windows an ‘etched glass’ look. It can also be used on mugs and cups when they are gently hand washed. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oracal 8710 is a dusted vinyl that is available only in translucent grey. It was designed for decorative glass for that etched glass appearance. It is great for shop windows, room dividers, and glass doors. Wet application is recommended. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oracal 8810 is a long-term vinyl developed for decorative sparkling effects on glass and glass-like shop windows and doors. It’s rough surface and reduced gloss prevent unwanted reflection. Available in 5 colors and lasts 7 years. Suitable for use on plotter cutting systems.

Oralux 9300 is a glow in the dark film that lasts 5 years. It’s ideal for indoor safety and emergency exit signage in buildings, cruise ships, and airplanes.
